I ordered two different flower arrangements to go to a very dear friend and relative….Nadia was were attentive to what I was wanting….Not only were the flowers absolutely gorgeous, the attention to detail on the arrangements were impeccable….Flowers arrived close to the time frame I was requesting for a same day delivery…Not only would I order again from Granite Bay Blooms and Wood, I will highly recommend them to my friends and family…

didn’t receive flowers as promised. Would never order from this company again. Awful customer service…never called back after I left a message regarding why the two orders for delivery were never delivered!

You called today at 11:08 am for two same day flower deliveries . They were delivered today evening 6-7 pm and videos sent to your cell phone. Your one star is not justified. You are welcome to use anyone else. Flowers are more than my love language and I design every bouquet with love. We will not be servicing you in future.

I scheduled flowers to arrive May 11 for Mother’s Day, but they were delivered two days early — without warning. The website didn’t mention that early delivery was possible, and the surprise was completely ruined.
When I called, I was asked, “Is this an issue?” — which felt dismissive. It absolutely is.

Hi Boris, sorry for delivering your flowers earlier. No where in the order it was mentioned that it was a surprise and only to be delivered on certain day. Your bouquet was carefully designed with love. Clearly we can't make everyone happy. Sorry her surprise was ruined by getting flowers earlier. Wishing your Mother and Wife a very happy mothers day :)

Arrangement was stunning and exceeded my expectations. Only disappointment was the flowers arrived a day late and were intended for a 20 year anniversary.

I deeply apologize that the flowers were a day late. We do try our best to deliver on the day requested especially if it is mentions that it’s for a special occasion as during busy times (your order was around Christmas) the orders do get triaged. Again, deeply apologize for delay.

Absolutely beautiful birthday/Christmas arrangement! Based on my very sketchy description the designer outdid my expectations. The recipient immediately called and sent a picture of the arrangement. Highly recommend GB Blooms N Woods!
